One estate. One grain. One winter.

Every drop of EXTILL begins on one organic estate in the snowbound north of Poland, fed by glacial lakes, where the rye waits beneath the snow for more than eighty days.

The Winter

80

Days beneath the snow, each year

Winter commands the rhythm of life. Nature alone decides the outcome.

For more than eighty days, the fields vanish beneath a pristine silence of snow. Beneath that frozen stillness the rye gathers its character slowly, nourished by mineral soils and by glacial waters that have travelled through untouched land for centuries.

What emerges in spring is not an ingredient. It is an inheritance of place, which can be neither hurried, replicated nor made.

The Estate

Before the artisan. Before the process. There is origin.

Every bottle begins on one solitary estate in the snowbound heart of Poland, fed by natural glacial lakes, where snow, soil, water, flora and fauna have lived in harmony for generations. This terroir lends a character no laboratory can imitate and no recipe can recreate.

The estate yields only what nature allows. No more. No less.

Questions

What is a single estate vodka?

A single estate vodka is made from grain grown on one farm only, so its character belongs to one place. EXTILL uses only organic Dankowskie platinum rye from a single estate in Poland, fed by natural glacial lakes.

Why Dankowskie rye?

Dankowskie is a rare Polish rye. Grown organically and resting beneath the snow for more than eighty days, it gives EXTILL its silken texture and quiet, distinctive character.

Is EXTILL organic?

Yes. The rye is grown organically on the estate, and nothing is added to the spirit: no additives, no sugar, no flavourings.

Where is EXTILL made?

In Poland, from rye grown in one of the country's snowiest regions and natural glacier-fed spring water.
