What we collect

When you write to the Private Client Office or the concierge, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email, city and request. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records how pages are used. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange what you asked for, and, only with your consent, to measure and improve the site.

The concierge

The concierge answers from EXTILL’s own knowledge and, where enabled, with Anthropic’s Claude. Messages sent to Claude are not used to train its models. Contact details you share are forwarded to the Private Client Office so a person can follow up.

Cookies

We store your age confirmation and cookie choice in your browser. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to serve you [state period]. Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or complain to your data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).
