EXTILL
Private Client

Seven times, four ways.

Two ingredients and a long journey of refinement. Every stage protects nature rather than changing it.

I

The Alchemy

Nothing added. Nothing hidden.

Two natural elements alone: rare organic Dankowskie platinum rye, and pristine glacier-fed spring water. Yet perfection through simplicity demands extraordinary devotion, and so each drop makes a long journey of refinement, every stage designed to preserve nature, never to alter it.

Seven Distillations

Seven passages through fire, each lighter than the last.

Seven Carbon Filtrations

Seven veils of charcoal draw away all that does not belong.

Seven Granite Filtrations

Seven rests upon ancient stone, borrowing its stillness.

Seven Quartz Filtrations

Seven passes through crystal, until the spirit becomes light.

Rye+Water+7·7·7·7=EXTILL

A spirit of silk, crystalline clarity and unexpected depth. No additives. No sugar. 47%.

The Character

For generations, vodka was asked to be nothing. EXTILL was born to be something.

A fire in the throat; a silence in the glass; a spirit hidden in cocktails and sold, nonetheless, as Luxury, as Super Premium, as Limited, by makers who often could not say what it was made of, or where it came from. Nature has its own way of ending what is unjustified. In vodka, its answer is EXTILL.

Blessed by the flora and fauna of its terroir, it carries nature's signatures: a forest after snowfall, stone shaped by water, light moving across fresh ice.

It does not strive to disappear. It deserves to be discovered.

The Tasting

Every sip reveals a landscape.

Bottled at a generous 47%, EXTILL carries its strength with ease. Pour it lightly chilled into fine crystal, and let it open: first the texture, then snow, stone and grain.

Nose
Fresh snow on pine at first light; warm rye bread; cold, clean stone.
Palate
Round and silken; a soft grain sweetness owing nothing to sugar; glacial minerality.
Finish
Long, clean and gently warming, with a whisper of white pepper and rye.

Serve lightly chilled · 4 to 8 °C · in fine crystal
