Bottled at a generous 47%, EXTILL carries its strength with ease. Pour it lightly chilled into fine crystal, and let it open: first the texture, then snow, stone and grain.
- Appearance
- Crystal bright, with slow, silken tears.
- Nose
- Fresh snow on pine at first light; warm rye bread; cold, clean stone.
- Palate
- Round and silken; a soft grain sweetness owing nothing to sugar; glacial minerality.
- Finish
- Long, clean and gently warming, with a whisper of white pepper and rye.

How should EXTILL be served?
Lightly chilled, at 4 to 8 °C, neat in fine crystal and sipped slowly. For a rare exception, a very dry martini with a twist of lemon honours its purity.
Is EXTILL a limited edition?
Every bottle is limited by nature: the estate yields only what each year allows. Limited edition is our standard, so it is not printed on the label.
Has EXTILL won awards?
EXTILL was named World's Best Polish Vodka (Best Polish Pure Neutral) at the World Vodka Awards 2022, and won Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2020 and at The Vodka Masters 2020.
